5 out of 5 starsThey arrived slightly after the expected time frame, but the packaging was adorable, the items are AMAZING quality, and they look stunning in real life. The listing pictures do not do their beauty justice, the way they catch the light really makes them shine. Absolutely worth the money spent, I'll be able to use these for years to come. I also asked if there were any with animal images available she got one listed for me right away. Thank you so much and thank you for the little extra gifts :D

However, when I contacted the seller to tell her this, she was very helpful and shipped the items again at no extra cost and I was able to track the package. She even sent few extra treats for me. The two items are very well crafted and beautiful.

Custom and personalized orders
Please note I am unable to do custom/made to order project bags and accessories. When I'm available to start doing these again I'll post it on my shop announcement page.
Findings /beads might beable to be changed on progress keepers/stitch markers, please CONVO me before you order to make sure I have the supplies needed. Please note this can not be done with wire wrapped items, so if I do not have the extra charms to start fresh I will not beable to complete this request.

Shipping
Packages within Canada are sent oversized letter. All international orders are sent "small or light package". There is no tracking number provided with this method of payment. It takes approximately 5-10 business days (more during the holiday season). If you would like a tracking or a faster method of shipping please convo me BEFORE you order for a quote (often 2 or 3 times the cost of my regular method).
