If you buy item which is-READY TO SHIP,it will be sent in 1-2 work days after payment is received.
Items-MADE TO ORDER-takes 7-15 business days depending on an item or under the terms agreed mutually.
With Christmas rush post is slower than normally so if you want get on Christmas please choose express shipping. Your item will be shipped via registered priority mail (a tracking number will be provided)
Shipping to Europe can take appr 1-2 weeks, to USA, Canada and Australia 2-5 weeks, Other countries 6 weeks.
During the holiday season, I cannot take responsibility in the package delivery time due overloaded traffic. Dead line of sending the purchase is 1st December if you're living in other continent than Europe and 6th December if you're living in Europe. Please keep this in mind if you want your package to be delivered for your Christmas/New year feasts in time. This privacy policy explains how I collect personal information, and what I do with it.
I do my best that you receive your goods safely and as soon as it possible. Please not that I am not responsible for the eventual loss of packages.
Your package will be sent to the address on your Etsy account, so please make sure it is correct. If you purchase an item as a gift, which should be sent to another address, please let me know, contact about that via Etsy conversation.

If you did not pick up the parcel from the post office
-If you did not pick up the parcel from the post office and it came back to me. I'll send for you it again - you will pay for the new delivery.
- If the shipment has been returned to me and you have not applied for it for a year - the money and the product will not be returned to you.

Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, like phone number (for express shipping, for example), if you contact me directly.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
- Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 10 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
