5 out of 5 starsThis item makes a very nice anniversary gift. I love the choice of colors. It's exactly what my mother wanted for her 50th anniversary party. I did feel the price was a bit high. However the customer service was great - they got back to me immediately to show me exactly what it would look like so I didn't have to wait until it arrived to make sure it was just what I wanted. It was perfect. The creating and shipping time was very fast too.

Do you provide a DIGITAL PROOF (MOCKUP) to check how my item will look?
For custom orders, we always send a digital proof for your approval. You will receive this in your Etsy account within 1-4 business days. Please check your Etsy account for new messages.
After we receive your approval, we will start the production.
If we don't receive a reply from you within five working days, we reserve the right to start production or cancel the order.
How long does PRODUCTION take?
Every item is made to order with great attention to detail.
Once you approve your digital proof, we’ll complete production within 1–10 business days.
What is the SHIPPING time?
All orders are shipped by air via DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery.
Estimated shipping times are:

How is it MADE?
We use only the finest materials, such as:

US customers
Buyers from the US won't need to pay extra import duties on packages valued under $800 if the product is delivered before August 29, 2025.
Removal of the US de minimis threshold:
Beginning August 29, 2025, all shipments (including those with values less than $800) entering the United States may be subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of their value.
At this time, I am unable to confirm whether your order will be impacted by these changes or if any import duties will be applied upon delivery. Unfortunately, I also do not know the exact percentage that might be charged.

European Union customers
Buyers from any country in the European Union won't need to pay extra VAT or import duties. The price that they see on each listing will be the final price.
Northern Ireland customers
Buyers from Northern Ireland won't need to pay extra for VAT or import duties. The price that they see on each listing will be the final price.
UK customers
Since the UK is no longer a member of the EU, buyers in the UK will have to pay VAT and customs duty. These taxes cannot be avoided, and they depend on the UK customs authorities.
For orders under £ 135, UK shoppers will see VAT-inclusive pricing when they view listings. In these cases, Etsy will collect and remit VAT to HMRC. Please note that VAT and customs duty are two different taxes.
Etsy will not collect VAT where the items being imported into the UK are valued at £135 or more. In these cases, buyers in the UK may be required to pay VAT and customs duty when the package arrives in the UK. The courier will inform you of this as soon as the information is received from the local authorities.
