This neon sign blew my mind. It is exactly as described. I live in Atlantic Canada and it made its way here from Hong Kong within a month of ordering. It actually got here before it was due. The packing was meticulous. Do much care was put into the packing of it as not of have anything break on the trip 1/2 way around the world — huge kudos to the packers and shippers. Amazing work. It took me 45 minutes to very carefully remove all the protective foam. When I plugged it in it lit up first time. Incredible! The customer service was also great during the purchase process. Very helpful and knowledgeable. If you or someone you know is a blade runner fan, then def go for it!! It’s worth every penny. Would totally recommend.

The dimmer function was really worthwhile & works really well! It’s nice to be able to dim it when I watch movies— without having to turn it off. As I stated already, this is one of the best transactions I’ve ever had on Etsy— seller was more knowledgeable about Blade Runner than most other folks I’ve talked to. Even helped me locate a few other pieces for my collection. Customer service excellent to say the least. I was on the lookout for something different and unique for my partner for Christmas. He's a massive Bladerunner fan. When I saw the Bladerunner Kanji light, I felt that I was on a sure thing, and I wasn't wrong in regard to all aspects of the purchase. Mike was consistent in asking questions, giving advice and keeping me well informed from day one. The Kanji turned up earlier than expected and packed so well that it arrived in excellent working order and condition.
