Packaging and Shipping
All orders ship in a plain brown box from "YM LABS." Nothing indicates what is inside, unless you are outside of the US - then customs declaration will list the contents.
We do not use any plastic packaging. All our boxes and packing materials are recyclable or biodegradeable *except* for the tape we use to seal boxes -- but we're working on moving over to either bio-plastic tape or paper tape to solve that one (once our current stock of sealing tape runs out - probably end of 2024).
Production Time
As of November 2024, most products are shipping out within 1-3 business days.
Depending on the time of year, we're typically just a 1 or 2 person operation. We keep most items in stock, but if they are not currently in stock, we usually have them ready to go within 3 business days. We do our best to meet the published production times but can occasionally be off by a day or two. Thank you for understanding!
Do you accept returns or refunds?
All non-custom orders can be cancelled before they ship.
We will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged or is defective in any way.
We get that we're living in the era of Amazon, but we are too small of company to be able to process free returns on items that are not defective.
However, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we'll see what we can do (check our customer service stats here on Etsy)!
Shipping outside of the US
In most cases, international taxes are included in your order. If you have any questions about tariffs in your country, please contact Etsy support. Selecting "gift" at checkout will not change the customs status from "commercial" to "gift" so please only use that option if you want to ship to someone and include a gift message.
