If I purchase a painting, will I be receiving an original?
All listed paintings are sold as original paintings (not copies). You will always receive the original painting I created on high quality watercolor paper.
Who is the vendor for your products?
I use Printful as my vendor for all products (excluding paintings). When you place an order, it will be sent and produced at their facility. They will print my design on the purchased product. They will ship the finished product to you in about 2-3 business days. Please note that once Printful starts fulfilling your order, a refund cannot be given. Because of this, please make sure that sizes and colors are correct before purchasing.
Sizing details
I will provide a sizing chart on all of my apparel listings.
Product Quality
I collect samples of the products I am selling before I list them. This ensures that I have reviewed the design, material, and overall look of the product to ensure that what I am selling is of great quality for you.
Cancellation Policy / Issues with order
Due to the nature of print-on-demand services, once an order starts to be printed and fulfilled with my vendor, I am not able to cancel or refund orders. Printing and fulfillment typically start the same day of the placed order, or the next day. Because of this, please make sure that sizes and colors of desired items are correct and decided on before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizes and colors before you purchase, please reach out to me!
If there is a shipping related issue with your order, or in the event that you receive something inaccurate from what you ordered, please reach out to me and I will resolve it.
