Basic Care.
Jewellery should be carefully stored after each wear. Avoid sleping with your jewellery.
Do not wear jewellery when in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, working out, while bathing/showering etc. Chlorine, detergents, oils & perfumes can all cause tarnishing & damage.
Remove jewellery when doing household tasks.
Make-up, perfume & hairspray all contain chemicals which may dull the finish of jewellery, so please wipe them clean with a soft cloth after each wear.

All the items are gift wrapped and packaged securely. In order to be able to offer free domestic P&P and cheaper international P&P, some of the jewellery will come in small boxes.
I try to avoid plastic packaging whenever possible.

I accept custom orders. In that case, I would be in touch with you in several stages of creating a piece, and confirm the final item before sending it. There are no exchanges/returns/refunds offered on custom made jewellery.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returns. When returning an item, it is advised to ship the parcel with a tracked service and retain proof of posting from your shipper.

Anything that was tailored made for a customer, and the customer had agreed upon its creation and purchase.
For hygiene reasons, certain jewellery, (for example piercing earrings)cannot be accepted back.

The customer will be receiving his/her refund, once the product is back with the seller, in untampered condition.

My items contain small parts, and on occasion sharp. They are NOT suitable for children.
