Your20th was created from a long-term fascination with European design of the mid-20th century.
Based in Prague, I have spent years searching for original furniture across Central and Western Europe. Many of the pieces come from the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria and France – regions with a strong tradition of modernist and mid-century design.
What interests me most are objects that combine beautiful form with honest craftsmanship. Many of these pieces were made in small workshops or historic factories and were designed to last for generations.
Each item is carefully selected for its design quality, structural integrity and authentic character. Whenever necessary, pieces are gently restored while respecting their original materials and patina.
Over the years, the collection has grown into a curated archive of mid-century European furniture – from sculptural lounge chairs and elegant dining sets to rare lighting and functional storage pieces.
