Wow, this piece had an Odyssey. Claire was great about the custom order, providing a sketch to approve the design. The turn around time was as expected, but Canada Post lost the crown on the way. n nClaire was totally professional about hounding the postal service and offering to quickly start work on a second one even before widest estimated window for delivery had passed. n nThe rebuild made it through the mail just fine, and I couldn't be happier with the work. Exactly the stylistic elements I was looking for, with the sort of nutso measurements I needed for my costume. I'll try to get a photo of the piece up the next time I get into my druid's costume. n nThank you for my (pleasantly comfortable) Crown of Thorns!

Seller turned a potentially bad situation into a good one. The original item was damaged before shipment (due to a warehouse issue) but a new one was quickly made and sent shortly after. n nIt's actually pretty nice, if a bit less-firm than expected. Too late for this Renn Faire season...but maybe next year! "OURS IS THE FURY!"

I contacted Claire to have 2 leather crowns rush shipped to me for a tv show filming. They arrived as promised on the day I needed and are perfect. They look much cooler in person then in the photos. Would highly recommend. Claire worked with me to design exactly what I wanted and delivered the item very quickly. The utility belt not only looks great but fits better than I could have imagined, which is quite impressive since she just had a couple of my measurements.
