Wholesale availability
We have been experimenting with cost-based discounts rather than quantity. For example, bulk discounts will apply when your cart reaches a certain threshold (varies depending on supply/demand at the time).
You are welcome to mix and match styles, colors, and artwork between the items to reach that threshold. Feel free to reach out with any questions, and we will do our best to work with you.
Sizing details
Our machine workspace is around 2.25 inches tall by 5.5 inches wide to work with on most hats, but there are a few exceptions above and below those sizes (e.g. 5 Panels, Beanies, etc.). The artwork itself also plays a role in the sizing; not all artworks can be super small or maxed out due to certain embroidery limitations.
Please reach out if you have a specific size in mind or any questions about your artwork/text.
How many thread colors am I limited to?
Our machines allow us to work with about 5-6 colors, depending on the logo, but please send over your artwork to us to confirm before you place your order.
What is the status on my order? When will it ship?
Etsy provides an ETA window on when your order should be delivered, but if you need your item urgently, please reach out to us as soon as you can so we can see what we can do.
How long does it take to get a response?
Since we are a small business, we do our best to respond within 24 hours during the business week.
Messaging in the same thread more than once will move your place in our inbox so please create a new message thread if something is urgent.
Are certain hat colors out of stock?
Occasionally, our suppliers experience shortages and delays with some of our hat styles and colors. We are currently re-evaluating our listing options for the future, so please reach out if you would like to inquire about a specific color.
Do you provide mockups?
We can provide a few mockups prior to ordering, but during peak seasons, (such as Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) we may limit mockups to open orders to help minimize processing time.
During those times, once you place your order, please send us a message, and we can provide a mockup for you as soon as we can.
Can you send a picture of the hat before it ships?
Unless for a special circumstance, we don't send pictures of the finished product because it interferes with our production process too much when we take pictures of customer's hats and upload them online. However, we can provide a digital mockup if requested.
Can I get multiple logos on my hat?
You certainly can! After the first logo, we have a surcharge for additional text or logos. We are limited on the back and sides in terms of our embroidery capability, so please try to keep it simple for those locations.

Can you embroider my custom logo?
Since embroidery can be a tricky process, please send your logo to us via Etsy Messenger, and we will get back to you as soon as we can on if we can have it done for you.
With 3D foam, there are much more limitations for logos, so we try to push simple, bold logos for that option. Just to be sure though, feel free to send us a message to verify before you order.
