! We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CANADA: All insert orders will be shipped with tracking either Canada Post or ChitChats. Other items can be upgraded to have tracking.

USA: All orders to the US will be shipped via ChitChats. Please use the provided number to track your order.

International: All orders will be shipped via ChitChats. No shipping to International currently.

- CANADA: 4 - 5 business days
- USA: 4 - 8 business days
No Shipping to International - INTERNATIONAL/EVERYWHERE ELSE: 4 - 14 business days

All Printed Items/Inserts are currently printed in-house and hand-cut one sheet at a time. Please do understand that I do my best to make it 100% perfect and only send out the nicely printed and trimmed inserts.

All printed items/inserts are tracked either shipping with ChitChats or Canada Post.

Please do read the individual listings for the information of each printed item.

We have different listings for different reasons. Please do not hesitate to message me if you have any questions or concerns before ordering. I'll do my best to explain the process and everything.

You do not get digital files for purchasing the printed inserts this is only for PRINTED ITEMS/INSERTS (Physical)

Please visit the digital files under your specific planner size.

And the insert numbers are on the cover images or the title.

Once you get that number you would go to either the Misc. Inserts, Week on 1 Page, Week on 2 Pages or Month on 1 Page, or Month on 2 pages, and you will need to choose the size you want to get printed.

In the personalization section please put the Insert # and rather it's a Monday or Sunday start.
