1. Log in to your Etsy account at Etsy.com, using your web browser (not the app)

2. Follow this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases

3. Next to your order from DigitalDesignsBySHK, you will see a button labeled 'Download Files.' Click on this to go to the download page.

4. Once you're on the download page, you can download your files and save them to your device.

1. Open your PDF-file which has "Link" in the file-name. Typically "Invitiation-Links" or something similar.

2. Inside the PDF-document, follow the instructions (arrows), and underneath "Your items:" you can click on the pink "buttons" with the desired template size/type (e.g 5x7" or 5x7" on US letter). This will redirect you to Canva.

1. TEMPLETT will send you an email with links to your items

2. Open the email from Templett (not Etsy!). Click the green button labeled "access your template" to get redirected.

3. Create a free Templett account and log in

4. Edit your templates and download when you're satisfied - PDF (best for printing) or JPG.

Here's what you can do to locate the email:
1. Check your spam or junk mail folder. Emails from Etsy sometimes end up there.

2. You can also use your email's search bar and type "DigitalDesignsBySHK". This might help you find the email among others.

3. If you still can't find your email, let us know, and we'll resend it manually!

Once you've purchased (and/or customized) one of our printable templates, you can bring the file to a local print shop or use an online printing service to have it printed. Please note that we ONLY provide the design! The printing process, including selecting the paper type and print quality, is something you will need to discuss with your chosen print shop. We recommend asking the print shop about their printing capabilities, services offered, and any recommendations they have for printing designs to ensure the best quality. We recommend print shops like Walmart, Walgreens and Vistaprint.

Our printable templates are uniquely designed to offer you creative and versatile options for your special occasions. However, they are not formatted for compatibility with Avery labels or similar pre-cut label products. We recommend using standard printing paper or cardstock and cutting out the designs manually for the best results.

No, a Canva Free account is all you need to edit our templates effectively. However, if you desire the utmost print quality for your personalized template, we recommend opting for the PDF-print (CMYK-best for professional printing) alternative, which does require a Canva Pro subscription. The good news is that you can try Canva Pro free for 30 days. Rest assured, even with the free version, you'll still achieve high-quality prints!
