I have been looking for a neck heating pad that was not weighted, as I have neck problems and the weighted ones are just too heavy to be comfortable. This one was perfect! it is described as lightweight and that is accurate. Also, I like that the outer covering can be removed easily and washed.

Has everything I was looking for! Nice size and weight, soft cover is washable, and insert is divided to keep rice even throughout. Fast shipping too! I look forward to using it.

I am a massage therapist and wanted to use this under my client's neck or back. It was the perfect size and heated up nicely in the towel warmer. I might have to get a few more.
