It may take some time for me to make multiples of the same item, depending on the inventory of the components of the piece you are interested in.

Yes, you may change the stones or omit the stones entirely.

If you have a stone in mind that you would like to substitute the existing stone, please send me a convo for availability. In most instances, there is no additional charge to swap out stones.

I have a variety of semiprecious gemstones and pearls that are too many to list. They are carefully hand selected from my vendors to ensure the quality and size meet the requirements for my designs.

For bridesmaids jewelry to match your wedding color, please send me a convo with an attached image of your color so I can match the stones for your jewelry.

All international buyers are responsible for the cost of postage and custom taxes related to their orders. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item is purchased. In the event of lost items during transit, we regret to inform you that we cannot take responsibility.

Please be aware that occasional delays in tracking updates may occur. International deliveries typically take up to 4 weeks, with possible additional time for customs clearance, which could also cause delays in package delivery.

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to avoid any delivery issues. In some cases, your package may be held at your local post office until customs duties/taxes are paid.

I strive to give joy to the recipient of my jewelry so unless otherwise stated, your order comes with a jewelry box sealed with a satin white ribbon, ready for gifting. If more than one item is purchased, you may purchase additional jewelry boxes in the add- on section in my shop.

If you want to make this gift extra special, I also offer a special gift wrapping service for a small $5 fee. Your item will be wrapped with festive premium wrapping paper sealed with a ribbon and seasonal embellishments.

You may also mail this item directly to the gift recipient by changing the mailing address during check out and include the gift message. Make sure you select gift wrap during check out and you will have these options available

We strive to complete your order in 1-5 business days. Ready made items may be shipped within a day and made-to-order personalized items, up to 5 days. Please note that this is the processing time. It will take another 2-5 business days for shipping (in the US), up to 4 weeks (for international orders)

We use USPS First Class mail shipping service. You have the options to expedite shipping with Priority/Express during check out.

If you need your item by a certain date, please let me know during check out and I will try and best to accommodate your request.

I ship to the address that you provided during check out. If there’s a mistake or you need to make a change, please contact me within 24 hours. Once the item is shipped, I cannot be liable for your mistake.

Missing Package:

If you have not received your item, but the tracking shows that it has been delivered. Sometimes, USPS makes packages delivered 24 hours before they actually arrive. Please check with your family members or your neighbors to see if they had collect it for you. There isn’t anything I can do with missing packages that has been delivered to its destination. You may want to contact your local post office to see if they have your package as well.

Please take a piece of string (dental floss will work too) and wrap it around your necklace to a length that you desire. Use a marker to mark that point and cut the string/floss. Take the string and measure the length. This is the necklace length, measured from end to end, including the clasp.

Yes you may exchange it for a small fee plus shipping fees, both ways.

The measurements for each piece of jewelry is clearly stated in the description. It is your responsibility to determine if this is the correct size and length.

I would be happy to exchange your item or your necklace for a longer length. There is a small fee of $5 for the rework (labor), plus the extra chain itself. Please note that this fee is a minimal compensation for the time I will be spending on your piece, due to the error you made.
