Custom and personalized orders
We accept custom ring, please contact us and send us the ring pictures you like, we can customize it for you. Or any ideas about the design, please contact us. But for the custom ring, normally, we don't accept the return or refund, thanks for your understanding.
Rush Order
If you're want to receive it as soon as possible,I'd like to offer a rush service for having it done within approx 7-10 business days to finish.
Ring Size
I can make the ring in any ring size. In the list, From US3 to US10. If you need smaller or bigger ring size, pls ask me,we'll custom make it for you!
Returns and exchanges
We hope you love this item! Your satisfaction is very important to us! NOT CUSTOM items can be returned within 14 days less a restocking fee of $100. Because all items are required personal sizing and metal for you, we are not able to issue full refunds.
1. Contact me for approval before your return and instructions.
2. Custom is considered anything we have designed for you, Including eternity, engraved items and Plus size rings.
3. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
4. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns require a Return Tracking Number.

Cancel order
Please contact me within 24 hours,if you want to cancel the order. I do not carry a stock, all items are made to order. If the order exceeds 24 hours, I will subject to a restocking fee of $100.Custom item is not allowed to be returned. If the custom order exceeds 24 hours, I will subject to a restocking fee of $200.
Engraving
We accept the engraving order, it should be less than 10 letter.
But we don't accept return or a refund, because it is a custom ring, thanks for your understanding.
Care instructions
Fine jewelry is designed with a lifetime of wear in mind. It is important to properly care for stones to keep them shiny and radiant for many years.
1.Remove your ring when working out, showering or bathing, when applying lotions, using hairspray, or chemicals such as acetone.
2.Do not put your ring with other metal item together, as the stone and the gold may be destoryed.
3.Keep your jewelry in a dry place. Don’t leave it in the bathroom or in damp or humid environments. The steam can change the color of the jewelry.
