There's a mythical quality about this owl that earns him the title, Night Keeper. I like the 5 x 7" format that reveals wonderful detail. Yvette pays as much attention to her paintings backgrounds as to the subject, which helps to give this work its haunting effect. The eyes of the owl are magnetic and rendered so realistically I expect the owl to blink. I couldn't be more delighted with my purchase, which seemed to arrived overnight.

This is my first Aceo purchase and it's truly a little treasure. I can't believe the work that went into this miniature painting. I love the design, the colors, the horse's pose. This artist is able to capture the spirit of her subject, the mystery. With Aceo's, anyone can own an original artwork and there's a whole different energy to original art! I would highly recommend this artist and I hope to be purchasing more of her work.
