Damaged Product Policy
Since most of our products are fragile, we ship all orders with insurance and take full responsibility in case of damage. We carefully pack the box to ensure the product is in perfect condition. When you receive the product, turn on the product next to the cargo worker and check for any damage.
If the shipping agent does not wish to open the box without delivering the product, open the product within 2 hours at the latest and contact the shipping company on the same day in case of any damage. Report the damaged product to the cargo company.
Please inform me about the damaged product, I will try to best help you as quickly as possible.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
Unfortunately, due to increased shipping prices, there may be a fee difference between New Zealand and Australia. In this case, we will inform you. After receiving your approval, we will perform the transaction.
Do you charge a restocking fee for returned items?
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item is returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition, no deduction will be made from the refund.
If an item is returned used, damaged, altered, incomplete, or otherwise in a condition that results in a loss of value, a reasonable deduction may be made from the refund to reflect the actual diminished value of the item and any necessary costs associated with restoring it to resalable condition.
Any deduction will be determined based on the condition of the returned item and will not apply where the return is due to an error, defect, or damage attributable to the seller.
