Why does my charm look scratched or cloudy?
That'll be the protective plastic covering the flat surfaces of your charm. It can be a little tricky getting it up, but if you pick at the side of the surface of your charm, you should be able to lift it enough to peel it off. Epoxy surfaces do not have this plastic, only the flat sides.
My order was lost, what can I do?
I, as the seller/store, cannot be responsible for packages misplaced or lost by courier services. Please do not place any orders if this is unacceptable to you. Delivery issues should be reported to your local courier service, as I am in no way associated with them and cannot control any aspect of the delivery process.
I will not offer refunds or redeliveries for lost or damaged goods since it is completely out of my control once I drop it off the post office. Thank you for understanding!
