I reached out to the seller, and they were incredibly responsive and kind—immediately shipping a replacement. The new candle arrived in perfect condition, and it is absolutely gorgeous! Their attention to detail and customer service is truly 5-star. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again in the future. Highly recommend!
