Custom and personalised orders
💡Yes you can! We provide fonts for you to choose from but that doesn’t mean you are limited to only those! We can build a sign in any font you want or incorporate your own logo into it. Our LED neon signs are designed to replace a traditional glass neon sign. As they use LEDs encased in plastic, rather than gas encased in glass, they produce relatively no heat and are shatter proof, so they are perfectly safe around children and pets.
What are the neon signs made of?
💡All our signs are handmade to order using premium flexible neon LED piping, with proprietary PVC moulding technology. This LED piping is affixed to sturdy & clear acrylic backing which is cut to shape. Our LED neon signs are designed to replace a traditional glass neon sign. As they use LEDs encased in plastic, rather than gas encased in glass, they produce relatively no heat and are shatter proof, so they are perfectly safe around children and pets
Do you accept return or cancellation after order?
💡We do NOT accept customize LED neon sign return or refund. Please consider before ordering. Thanks for understanding.
💡All our neon signs are shipped in full premium protective packaging consisting of plastic wrapping, bubble wrap, solid cardboard edge protectors & solid cardboard boxing. This is to ensure that your neon sign arrives to your door in perfect condition.
In the extremely unlikely event that your sign arrives damaged then please do not hesitate to contact us to replacement.
About customs and import

How long does it take to receive my package?
💡My normal production time about 2-3 days,Delivery time about 7-8 days can be receive for free.
My urgent production time about 1 day,Delivery time about 4-5 days can be receive,but need urgent cost.
Small size(Within 20in/50cm size),If not express shipping request,Normal production time about 2-3 days,Shipping time about 10-12 days can be receive.
Use Express: UPS/FedEx/DHL/Etc..
What if I have a problem with the neon sign?
💡All of our neon signs come with a 12-month warranty, meaning that we will replace it for free in the very unlikely event that you have any issues with it.
If you have any issues with your sign within 12-months of purchasing, you can contact our support team with details of your sign's issues.
The team can then arrange for the sign to be returned to us for inspection prior to authorising a replacement to be sent out to you.
How long will the neon sign last?
💡The LEDs used in our signs have a lifetime of a huge 50,000 hours. That is the equivalent of over 5 years if you were to keep the neon sign switched on constantly!
