Terribly packed. Literally 3 pieces in a box with deflated plastic insulation loosely surrounded banging against each other. its a miracle they made it to the US from germany somewhat intact. other 2 pieces are banged up but fine overall. Quality of the ceramic is good, but such carelessness in packing

Beatifully made, a real work of art. Unique and absolutely able to serve "just" as a piece of art, but withstands boiling water just as promised and as such will also make a wonderful teacup for my husband. Hermes had problems delivering the package, Pavel immediately responded as i contacted him yesterday, was very kind and informed me of the status and today it arrived. Excellent handmade product, excellent service, what more could you need? Absolutely recommend!
