1. Can I customize the design?
Yes! Most of our designs can be personalized. You can add names, dates, locations, or short custom text. If you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to include it in the personalization box when placing your order.
2. Will I see a preview before my shirt is printed?
Yes. I usually send a preview so you can see how everything will look before production. Your satisfaction is very important to me.
3. Can I order a color that’s not listed in the options?
Yes! If the color you want is available in the color chart but not listed, select any of the colors shown in the listing and write your desired color in the personalization box. I will make sure your shirt is made in that color.
4. What brand and material are the shirts?
Most of the shirts in my listings are Bella Canvas 3001 tees, known for their soft and comfortable feel:

6. How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the destination but typically take 2–5 business days within the U.S.
7. How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size chart in the listing photos before ordering. If you prefer a relaxed fit, many customers choose to size up.
8. Can I request design changes?
Absolutely. If you would like small adjustments (layout, wording, or placement), just let me know. I’m happy to help make the design exactly how you want it.
9. How do I add personalization to my order?
Simply enter your custom details in the personalization box on the listing page before checkout. Please double-check spelling, names, and dates to make sure everything appears exactly as you want.
10. Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Because each shirt is made to order, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production issue. If there is any problem with your order, please contact me and I will gladly help resolve it.
