I'm happy to work on a custom project with you! Due to my limited time to work in my studio, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks for me to complete a piece.

Some information you need to know before beginning a custom:
- FULL Payment is required after the design is finalized.
- Due to the personalization of the piece, they are not eligible for returns.

All our ring sizes are based on US sizing. If you're not sure of your size, please contact us and we will direct you accordingly.

If you need a ring to be resized, please drop us a message. However, most rings cannot due to the risk of damaging the stones when removing them out of the setting.

To get the longest wear of your jewelry, please read below!

- Make sure to take off your jewelry when you're sleeping, showering, swimming, exercising, etc. Try to limit contact with water.
- Remember to handle your pieces with care. Although they are durable, they aren't immune to breaking with abusive physical wear.
- Wear your jewelry often! Natural oils in the skin help prevent tarnish.
- Apply make-up/perfume before wearing your jewelry. Chemicals can interact with the metals and cause discoloration.
- Watch out for snags when wearing pieces with prongs/claws. Treat the jewelry nicely.

Yes, I do - for items priced above $100. Contact me to arrange a payment plan that works for you.

Some information to keep in mind:
- The first payment acts as a non-refundable deposit for holding your item(s).
- Please pay your instalments within the time frame provided. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the payment plan without a refund of previous payments.
- Please make sure the item(s) are within your budget. There are NO cancellations.

If you chose standard shipping, keep in mind that it will take time for the item to get to you. For the United States, Canada and Europe it takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. In some rare cases, it will take longer than the allotted time. Your parcel is not insured for this option.

Standard shipping is shipped via Malaysian registered mail and comes with a tracking number.

Express shipping is shipped via DHL/FEDEX. It usually takes 3-5 days for the item to arrive. This option requires a signature upon delivery. Please check the tracking and if you aren't able to be there for the parcel, please call DHL/FEDEX to arrange a time for delivery for when you or someone is available to receive the parcel.

Full payment is needed before I start work on a custom piece. There is a design fee of $20 (USD) and that includes 3 revisions.

There are no cancellations or refunds for a custom piece.

I usually don’t take returns. But under certain circumstances, I allow returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase if the piece is returned to me in its original condition.
