5 out of 5 starsIt's absolutely perfect - I wish the seller could see how well the template worked and the final printed copy. That said, for anyone interested, understand that this is *template* that you download, fill in, and then send to a printer for copies. For me, that was perfect, but keep in mind that once you fill the design in and save it as a PDF, you need to send it to a printer.
