5 out of 5 starsI am a return customer because I am so happy with products and customer service quality This transaction involved a custom piece. The piece was crafted perfectly and to my specifications but I did like what I specified. 100% my fault. I asked that piece be altered at my cost. After communicating with seller I mailed the piece back as instructed. The seller very quickly made the alteration and mailed back at her cost and would not accept payment for the alteration. WOW!!! Very happy repeat customer Thank You
