星 5 個のうち 5 個Item arrived and appeared as shown by company. There was a bit of minor damage (a slight bend in one wing and a small (less 2cm) break in one part but didn't notice it since was so small. Both these issues I attribute to the packaging. Otherwise the customer service was outstanding and very helpful and quick to respond. Shipping took a bit longer due to a holiday at manufacturer and unexpected issues along the way , but I've lived overseas and these things happen unexpectedly. Once in transit the arrival time was very quick. Will definitely consider ordering similar items again!

星 5 個のうち 4 個The metal art is easy to assemble and hang. It really looks good. My only complaint is with the shipping packaging material. The cardboard packaging was torn in places and the artwork was bent. We were able to bend the metal back into its original shape but the packaging needs to be more substantial.
