Will I Receive Exact Plant Pictured?
-Plants pictured are for reference only, unless otherwise noted you will not receive the exact plant pictured. Every plant is unique and buyer will receive a plant of similar size to the plant pictured in the listing corresponding to the size buyer chooses. Plant size may vary according to available stock and growing season. Plants may have unique cosmetic imperfections, such as tears, creases, discoloration, etc on their foliage. This is normal for live plants, this does not affect the health of the plant in any way.

How Will My Plant Fare During Shipping?
-Live plants will experience stress from shipping conditions (lack of light, reduced airflow, and physical movement). Please watch your order’s tracking and ensure someone is available the day of delivery to immediately retrieve the package; plants cannot survive being outside in extreme weather. Please open your package immediately and provide an appropriate amount of water and light. It is normal for the soil to be dry, some leaves slightly yellow, and leaves to be limp, it may take up to 2 weeks for your plant to adjust to its new environment. We strongly suggest you do not repot your new plant (this will cause additional stress) for at least one month after it arrives. Bent stems, torn leaves, or other cosmetic imperfections are a normal part of the hazards of shipping live plants. Due to the uncontrollable nature of carrier-related damage, buyer agrees all claims for plants arriving damaged will be directed to the carrier. The seller is not responsible for cosmetic damage caused by the carrier.

Adding a 72HR Heat Pack is *required* if your weather forecast is below 50 degrees in the next 2 weeks. Please add optional shipping upgrade (Priority Mail) if you are located in a cold state.

If your plant arrives dead we must receive proof on the day of delivery. Please send pictures showing the full plant and packaging. We cannot accept claims after the day of delivery as noted by USPS tracking (no exceptions). Plants suffering minor cosmetic damage or normal shipping stress are not eligible for replacement or credit (this includes some foliar loss, discoloration, and/or leaf damage).

When Will I Receive My Order?
-Please refer to the estimated delivery time frame displayed in each listing under the “shipping” tab. Expedited shipping will upgrade your shipping service only, it will not reduce our handling time.

Once the parcel is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for damage or loss including, but not limited to damage or loss due to delays, weather, or carrier loss or negligence, as these circumstances are beyond our control. Expedited shipping (Priority Mail) includes insurance against lost packages.

Plants are always shipped in excellent condition. If your plants arrive with soil spilled, damaged leaves, etc please contact the carrier directly to file a claim for the damge, we cannot be responsible for mishandling that occurs after the package has left our care.

What Should I Do Upon Package Delivery?
-Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Buyers are required to contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with the order. A minimum of 3 pictures showing the full plant will help us assist you. We cannot accept claims without pictures. Do not modify your plant in any way (pruning, repotting, disposing of the plant, etc.). Do not discard any packaging until after we have reviewed your claim (this includes damaged plants, missing plants, misisng packaging, etc).

What Happens If My Order is Returned to Sender?
-If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, or failure to pick up from USPS, seller is not responsible for reshipping costs or the condition of the plants.

What Happens If My Plant Has Frost Damage?
-Shipping without a heat pack and/or upgraded shipping is at the buyer’s sole risk and all such sales are final with no refund/return/exchange. Customers concerned about cold damage should consider waiting until daytime temperatures are above freezing before ordering or request a hold on their order in advance.

USPS Is Delaying My Package and/or Tracking Is Not Being Updated?
-Buyers should contact the carrier for delivery-related questions, they are best suited to help resolve these issues.

What Happens If My Package Is Lost/Stolen?
-Buyer may report stolen, missing, misdelivered, etc packages directly to the carrier. Missing packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are not the responsbility of the seller.

Cancellations/Returns/Refunds?
-No refunds, returns, or cancellation. All sales are final. Please be sure your details and order are correct prior to submitting your order.

Can I Combine Sales/Coupon Codes?

Frequently asked questions

Will I receive the exact plant shown in the photo?

You will not receive the exact same plant as shown in the photo since I sell several plants of each variety but you will be getting one as identical to it as possible.

What does "Bare Root" mean?

Bare root means you will receive the plant without any soil or pot. It will come solely "bare root" and you will have to place into soil and water as soon as you receive it.

How do I care for my succulent or cacti?

Most succulents like to be watered when their soil is completely dry. Completely drench in water when it's time to water, avoid misting or spraying. Avoid letting your plant sit in damp soil and make sure your soil is porous and your pot has a drainage hole. Each variety will vary slightly.

Morning sun is always the best sun for most succulents. Each variety will vary in the amount needed.

If you are unsure about the variety you ordered, feel free to contact me with any care questions you may have!

Do you accept returns or give refunds?

I do not accept returns nor offer refunds.

If you select Standard shipping and your order is delayed, I cannot give you a refund for USPS delaying the package.

If you live in a cold climate and your local temperatures are freezing you must add a heat pack to your order and upgrade to Priority shipping. If your plant arrives with signs of frost/damage and you did not order a heat pack, I cannot provide a refund or replacement.

I will however try my best to find a solution to best resolve the issue. Please contact me right away if you have an issue with your order.

Are cuttings rooted?

No. Unless otherwise specified, cuttings will not be rooted. You will be sent an instructional card that shows a step by step guide on how to root your cutting.

Is it normal for leaves to fall off during the shipping process?

Yes, on some more fragile plants it is expected that a couple of leaves will bump off. Nothing that will effect the overall health of the plant. If you have extensive damage, please contact me ASAP.
