All art in my shop is drawn by me, Zerrin Yavas, and printed by professional print partners to ensure the best possible quality.

While I do my best to make my artwork available as widely as possible, some physical products can't be shipped to every country due to shipping regulations and local compliance requirements. Unfortunately, if you notice that a listing isn't available where you live, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. If you'd like to commission a custom digital file instead, feel free to send me a message.

To offer the best experience, shipping methods vary depending on the product type:

• Art Prints: Produced and shipped via my global production partner. They have local printing facilities worldwide. When you order a print, it is fulfilled at the closest facility to your location to ensure fast delivery and avoid international customs issues.

• Cards and Stickers: Carefully hand-packed and shipped directly by me from my studio in Germany. To keep shipping costs as affordable as possible, cards and stickers are sent via standard, untracked mail.

Note: If you order an art print and a card/sticker pack together, they will arrive in separate packages at different times.

Yes, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to return an item, please contact me within this period. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition.

I accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Because most items are custom printed on demand specifically for you, cancellations cannot be accepted once production begins after this 12 hour window.

Please note that I do not accept exchanges. However, if there is a printing error or damage during transit, please contact me immediately with a photo, and I will gladly send a replacement!

Immediately after checkout, you will receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your high-resolution files. You can also access them anytime by going to "Purchases and Reviews" in your Etsy account.

Since these are instant digital downloads, no physical products will be shipped, and all sales are final. If you have any issues with downloading or with the files, feel free to send me a message!
