5 out of 5 starsThe ring was beautifully made - very cute! The owner was very willing to go back and forth with me a couple of times for changes before it was sent out. Takes awhile to make is the only thing so give yourself a few weeks of time.

There was a bit of a miscommunication in terms of the estimated arrival listed on the item, but she communicated with me well to come up with a solution and it only came one day later than I was anticipating! it matches perfectly with the band I previously had.

My old band I purchased from another seller was damaged with one of the stones popping out. I decided to buy two of the same band from this shop. These band came very fast but did not fit they were a little small so I messaged the seller and they offered to resize them for me and even sent me a shipping slip to send them back. Resizing took about a week so very fast for that as well and when I put them on they fit perfectly! I love my new set and will definitely be ordering from the seller in the future!

What is the difference between Forever One moissanite and no brand moissanite?
While diamonds are created from the compression of coal and minerals over many hundreds of years in the earth, moissanite comes from the stars. Originally, this rare gem was found in fragments of meteorite in pieces so small that cutting a gemstone from them was impossible. After many years of work this natural mineral was successfully grown in a lab. This process allowed Charles & Colvard to create some of the most brilliant and beautiful colorless gems, rivaling the traditional beauty of diamonds in clarity and size and outshining diamonds with their brilliance and fire. However many companies now make moissanite. They are called generic moissanite. Forever one comes with lifetime warranty.
How do I care for my jewelry?
It is important to properly care for simulated diamonds to keep them shiny and radiant for many years.
Remove your ring when working out, showering or bathing, when applying lotions, using hairspray, or chemicals such as acetone.
Use a soft brush to clean the stones themselves, scrubbing gently with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water, since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues to wash or dry jewelry

Do you offer engraving?
Yes , we offer engraving for an additional $50 , please contact us before placing your order if you are interested in having your ring engraved. Once an order is placed we no longer can add engraving so please make sure to request BEFORE you purchase so we can can make an invoice for you .
Does choosing express or priority shipping make the process of making my order faster?
Unfortunately no. Choosing express or priority shipping is for USPS only when we drop off your package. It does not making the process of resizing or making your order any faster. It wont make your order a rush.
If you need to put a rush on your order please contact us and we will let you know if we are able to make it faster.
Do you only make jewelry in 14 or 18k gold and do you only carry simulated stones?
No, we now can cast all of our rings in platinum as well.

You can return the purchased items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund on orders with simulated and white sapphire stones.

Do you offer cleaning and polishing?
Yes! this is what sets us apart from other sellers. You are more than welcome to send us your ring for cleaning every year for a very small fee.
