Please let us know your requests clearly in the designs you want personalization or customization. If you specify what you want to remove or add in the design, and where the personalization you want should be applied in the design, the production time will be accelerated.

3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
4. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
