We create everything to order and in house just for you 🙂 Creation time is the time it takes to create/pack and get out of our door and on its way to yours. Our normal creation/packing time 1-3 business days after ordering. Please allow 2 additional days for custom orders. During peak times, such as holidays and high volume weeks, we ask for up to 5 business days.

We ship via USPS and tracking is provided on your order history and via email. Transit times are estimates only, not guaranteed and may be longer during peak holiday seasons. Transit times are as follows: 1-3 Business Days for Priority 2-5 Business Days for Standard Please note: Transit time is in addition to Creation Time & weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

We do not accept returns/exchanges as everything is made to order for you 🙂 Please be sure to order the right material/supplies for your project. If a mistake is made on our part we will take care of fixing any issues.

We only use industry leading materials, SISER for HTV and ORACAL for ADHESIVE and vinyl is PERMANENTLY printed with ecosolvent inks.

Full Images you see are exactly what is printed on a 12"x12" area, when you order a 6"x6" size the entire image is shrunk down to fit into that area so the scale will be reduced to 1/4 original size (great for small items). When ordering larger sizes 12x18, 12x24, etc, most of the time the patterns are continuous but sometimes the patterns are not continuous and you will see a seam where pattern starts and ends at the 12 inch mark. If you need it to be continuous please message us prior to ordering to confirm :)

Printed vinyl is simply printed to simulate glitter or foil, not real glitter/foil :) If you want real glitter you want to get siser solid color glitter sheets ($5.99 each for 12"x20")

Totally depends what it is :) We do that on a case by case basis.
