Good product and excellent service

Customer service excellent - Zio responds quickly. The quality of the refill is, to me, not great, one didn't work (and Zio promptly gave me a refund) - I think it's a matter of poor engineering of the product. The ones that did work didn't easily fit into my Cross pen - and I've owned this pen since I was a kid and have had other non-Cross refills in it that worked fine.
