All my jewels are ONE-OF-A-KIND.

Every piece is handmade in my smoke-free studio here, in Greece. I use only high-quality gemstones and I pick each bead by hand looking carefully for any imperfections.

While I do my very best to represent my pieces accurately, please keep in mind that color may vary from monitor to monitor. When working with natural materials, there is always some variation in textures and hues.

Please treat and wear your jewelry with care and remove them before going to sleep. Do not bang the gems up against hard surfaces, as they might scratch or break easily.

To keep your jewels in good condition, avoid contact with water, perfume, oils, lotions or any other chemicals. It is better to store it in its box in a closed place such as a drawer, to avoid contact with sunlight and oxygen.

I use only quality items and I handpick each bead, looking carefully for any imperfections. Please note that metal accents may tarnish due to exposure to air and natural oils, so they may change color.

Necklaces with tassels are best-stored hanging because the silk relaxes into place. If necessary, you can iron your tassel between two cloths.

Every item is carefully wrapped in a luxury branded card box. I offer GIFT WRAPPING, which includes a beautiful white, branded bag with a double-faced satin ribbon and a bow. To make this choice you have to check the box for GIFT WRAPPING at checkout. If you want me to add a gift card to your order, just leave your note at the checkout.

Your package will always be sent to the address that was given at the time of checkout in Etsy. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
If you need it to go to a different address please contact me within an hour of your purchase.

Your order will be carefully wrapped and sent within 1-2 business days. Take that timeframe into consideration in addition to the shipping time (listed below), especially when ordering for a specific event. I will do everything to ensure that your order gets to you as quickly as possible!

All orders are shipped with a TRACKING NUMBER.

Please ensure your address is listed correctly in Etsy, PayPal, and all other places. I am not responsible for shipments directed to an address provided incorrectly in your order information.

International buyers are responsible for all taxes, fees, duties, etc. that might occur upon arrival in their countries.

We deliver the items with Hellenic Post at First Priority and ship only on business days.
Please note that all delivery times are approximate due to unexpected postal or customs delays.

✉ GREECE
We use the Standard Parcel Post Service. Parcels are normally delivered in 3 working days.

✉ INTERNATIONAL
Items within Europe usually arrive in 3 - 10 working days. For the rest of the world International Priority mail is normally delivered in 5-14 days, and in some cases longer up to 21 days.

Please take into account that your order may be subject to additional import taxes / VAT fees in your country of residence. These fees are separate from your purchase from my shop, and it is your responsibility to pay them.

Please note that the shipping cost calculated during checkout only covers the cost to package and ship your items. It does not cover any fees or import taxes.

Unfortunately, I cannot make any shipping time guarantees for international deliveries. If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the estimates mentioned above.

I stand behind the craftsmanship of my items. If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase or have any concerns, please get in touch and I will do my best to work out a solution.

To qualify for returns, your jewels must meet the below criteria:

1. You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, and send the item back within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. The item is in its ORIGINAL selling condition, showing absolutely no signs of use/wear and is packaged with care in its original card box and tag.
3. The item is completely free of all odors, including but not limited to perfume, cologne, cigarette smoke, and pet odors/pet hair.

If I receive a returned item that doesn't meet all of the criteria, the offer to exchange or refund may be voided. Feel free to contact me for additional information or questions relating to returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received a wrong order by mistake.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
