The Agreement of our policy
We at ZomBrainShop, care deeply about your privacy. We will collect the information you give us but will not use it for malicious intent. We will never share your data and information with other parties. We constantly give updates on our blog on Tumblr (https://zombrainshop.tumblr.com). We also have a blogger as well that posts every once in a while with major updates so you do not need to scroll all over our Tumblr blog.

ZomBrainShop will never *ask for sensitive information. We are a small team of two, so if someone is representing us and we did not make a post or any info about them on our social please alert us immediately. Thank you. We are prideful in keeping our clients/customers safe and we do not want our name to be ruined by an outside party.

We mainly sell digital products however, as time goes on and we manage to earn enough earnings we will invest in more physical products.

This policy will change when needed. We will make a post on our social when we do and give a 14-day notice till our new policy takes effect.

I hold all copyrights to all artworks I produce even if commissioned unless I state otherwise. This includes me using commissioned artwork for social media posts, portfolio usage, and promotional usage.
Under this, you also agree for me to show a speedpaint or a sneak peek of my process for public view.
The only use for commissioned artwork is for personal use. Unless commercial rights are bought. Commercial use is currently unavailable at this time.
The use of my artwork for profit is not allowed unless permitted otherwise.
You may use my artwork for any non-commercial use with credit given. Once again, I do not allow my work to be used in blockchain-related Tec. Legal action will be taken.
