How long will my order take?
Your piece is engraved to order, which takes 3 to 5 business days. It then ships from California and usually reaches US addresses in 2 to 5 business days. So most US orders arrive within about a week to ten days from ordering.
If you need it for a specific date, message us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Can I see a proof before it is engraved?
Yes. If you would like to check the layout before we engrave, add a note when you order or message us straight after, and we will send a preview for you to approve. It adds a day or two.
What can I put on it?
Names, dates, short messages, coordinates, initials. Most pieces take engraving on both sides. Some designs also take a photo or handwriting, which is noted on the listing.
Keep in mind that the pendant is small, so shorter text engraves more clearly than long text.
Do you gift wrap?
Every order arrives in a gift box with a message card, so it is ready to give as it is. If you would like something written on the card, add it in the note at checkout and we will include it.
