Sorry to hear you have not received the item. We sent you a notification that it was shipped on March 3rd. Once the item is shipped we have no control of how long it takes for Poste Italiane to deliver. If you still have not received it by the end of March please let us know. We would really appreciate if next time you allow us to fix the problem before leaving a negative review.
