The super cute boxes used for my Advent cards and craft Kits are all earth friendly. Kit instructions are printed on unbleached recycled paper. My wool is sourced from ethical farms where sheep graze on large grassy paddocks and are free from mulesing. Where possible your order will be wrapped in compostable brown paper. I use hemp and jute twine and unbleached acid-free tissue paper. And friends all donate their clean bubble wrap to me to reuse. If you can reuse ANY of my packaging that'll be fabulous. If not please pop it in your recycling bin.

I am a small cottage business that relies on the goodwill of little elves to help me put my kits together. Every item is measured, weighed and carefully packaged and my instructions are printed on unbleached recycled paper. My wool is from happy sheep sourced from ethical farms. My small selection of wholesale partners around the globe understand that my prices are not Quite at the common 50% for mass produced items. And they're happy to pay a tiny bit more for my unique offerings - knowing they're supporting happy animals (incl humans) and planet. AND for retailers in the USA, the rate of exchange currently means that your Freight will be basically FREE (as at January 2022).

The intended use can guide how firm or soft your creation needs to be.

For core shapes like body and head it helps if it is firm enough that it doesn’t reduce by more than one third when squeezed. But it certainly doesn’t need to be rock hard either 😊

Some people like to make a point of keeping things soft for little hands – and they won’t last unfortunately. If you want it to be played with, the firmer is better. And when it comes to sculpting detail, it needs to be firmer to make it malleable and hold its form.

All overseas orders are mailed with Tracking and you'll get a live link to keep track of it.

Within Australia, my large kits (Nativity, Mermaid, Forest Folk and Angel Tree Topper) are mailed as a Standard PARCEL and this does include tracking door to door.

All my Starter kits (Toadstool, Little Fairy & Gnomie) go as a LETTER within Australia and there is no tracking. Why? Well basically to save you paying for a parcel, I go to the extra effort of vacuuming fibre into slimline boxes that can be mailed as a LETTER. Hoorah!

You also have the option to upgrade to Express postage within Australia.
