Care instructions

Each item is handmade with love, so I kindly ask that you please treat it as such.
For the bandanas:
I recommend either hand washing or washing on a delicate cycle in your machine. Allow the bandana to air dry. They are made with 100% cotton, expect those stated otherwise and can therefore be ironed. Bandanas that have been personalized should be ironed with a cloth (such as a towel) between the iron and the bandana.

For the shirts:
I recommend washing on a delicate cold cycle, inside out. Allow the shirt to air dry. You can iron it with a warm iron, HOWEVER, be sure to not directly iron the applique. You can place a towel over the decal or iron inside out.

Mugs:
Handwash ONLY, DO NOT microwave.

Etched Wineglasses:
Handwash recommended

How to place a decal on a surface Part One

1. Clean the area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol. Do not use Windex or similar products because it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the sticker from adhering well.
2.Prepare the sticker for application by firmly rubbing an old credit card across the clear transfer tape. This removes any air bubbles that may have formed and makes the sticker cling to the transfer tape.
3.Peel the white paper backing off the sticker. If the sticker clings to the backing, slowly replace the paper backing and repeat Step 2.

4.Slowly lower the sticker onto the surface and rub it in place firmly with a squeegee or credit card. For best results, wait 24 hours before moving to the next step. I recommend starting in the middle and working towards the edges.
5.Slowly peel the clear transfer tape off at an angle. Be careful not to pull the sticker off the surface. If sticker pulls away from the surface repeat Step 4.

When will you respond to my message?

Good question! I try to answer every message in a timely manner, but sometimes life happens. Please understand that I cannot be available 24/7. Please allow me 24-48 hours to respond, but I can often respond within in a few hours of receiving your message. If you don't hear back from me within that time period, there's a good chance I didn't receive your message so please message me again.

Custom and personalized orders

I ask for advanced notice before placing a custom order, so that I can be sure I can fulfill your wishes. I do my best, but sometimes this may require ordering special materials which will take additional time. All custom orders must be paid for before I start working on the order. Listing/material will be reserved for 72 hours without payment, after that it will become available to any customer. Each custom order is handled on a case by case basis, so for more information please contact me. Please note that as per shop policies, custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. Cancellations must be within an hour after order.

Do you offer refunds?

As per my shop policies, I do not offer refunds. I will gladly accept exchanges if you contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship the items back to me, with tracking, within in 7 days of delivery.

Custom items cannot be exchanged. If you are unsure of whether or not your item is custom, please send me a message.

Order cancellations must occur within one hour after of purchase.

I damaged my decal during application, now what?

I'm so sorry to hear this. Please know, I am not responsible for application errors. Feel free to message me with what happened and images of the damage. I will handle this on a case by case basis. The instructions I provide are meant to serve as a guide but it is advised that you use your best judgement. If at any point during the application process you are unsure of a step, please contact me for assistance. There are also many youtube videos available to show you how to apply the decal if you do not feel comfortable applying the decal based solely off the instructions provided. Videos can be a great aid to learning new things!

What is considered a custom order?

A custom order is an order that was made specifically for you. This includes shirts where you requested a variation different than I typically offer (this may be size, style or color). It also includes decals made for your specific fur family (includes emergency decals). Chances are if you have to ask, is this custom? Then it is. If you are still unsure, send me a message and I will advise you if it is or isn't. Sometimes custom orders are charged an additional fee, but that is addressed on a case by case basis. Please remember I do not accept exchanges for custom orders.

Why was I charged an additional fee for my custom order?

Please understand that custom orders are simply that, custom. This means that I may have to travel further to obtain the supplies needs for your order, buy extra just to meet minimum order requirements, and pay extra shipping fees. I do my vary best to keep these extra charges as low as possible, and if I can, I won't charge you extra. Unfortunately, I sometimes don't have a choice and need to add an additional charge to your order price. I hope that you can understand this. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to a custom order, please let me know. Please also remember custom orders can not be exchanged.
