Custom and personalized orders
Monogram Notes:
Traditionally, when monogramming a woman’s initials or a couple’s initials, the middle letter that is usually larger than the other two letters will be their last name. So, for Jane Ann Johnson, the initials would read JJA. A couple’s monogram for her and John Edward Doe would be JDJ. After her marriage, her initials would be her middle name and maiden name rather than her middle name, so it would be JDJ. Traditionally for men’s monograms, it can either be his initials in order or his last name in the middle. If the initials are in order, the middle letter is typically not larger than the other letters.
However, you can ALWAYS ignore the above and choose to arrange the monogram in any order you want!

Will my Decal order include tracking?
No, all monograms are sent in a standard envelope with a stamp.
Can I change the address on my order?
If your item has NOT been marked as "Shipped" you may change your address. Send me a message through the Etsy Conversations and we will work together to resolve!
What do I do if my decal was damaged when I received it?
You must send picture proof that it was damaged. If it was my fault I am happy to replace and send another one!
Please note: if it has been over 30 days since you placed your order, I will not replace your order. It is best to contact me within 2 weeks.

Do orders come with application and care instructions?
Yes, all orders come with directions to ensure smooth and easy application.
What do I if I never received my order?
I ship all orders when the shipped button is selected and you receive the shipping notification. Once, I ship it, it is out of my hands and in the USPS's hands.
