Privacy Policy
When you place an order or contact me, Etsy shares some information with me so I can fulfill your order:
Your name, email, shipping address, and order details.
Any extra info you provide (like for custom orders).
I use this information to:
Ship your order and make sure it gets to you.
Communicate with you if there are updates or issues.
Handle customer support, refunds, or returns.
Meet any legal or tax obligations.
I don’t sell your information or share it for marketing purposes. If you’ve opted in for newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Data retention:
I keep order and transaction info for legal or tax reasons. Other communications are kept only as long as necessary to resolve any issues. You can ask me to delete your personal info, except when I’m legally required to keep it.

Your rights:
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. You can contact me via Etsy messages or at this.is.a.studio0@gmail.com to do this.

Refunds & Returns
I want you to be happy with your order. If something goes wrong, here’s how we handle it:
Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, send me a photo. I’ll refund or replace it.
Returns: You can send items back in their original condition. Once I get them, I’ll refund the price of the item (return shipping is normally your responsibility unless we agree otherwise).
Custom items: Personalized orders can’t usually be returned unless damaged.
If there’s ever an issue, just message me on Etsy and we’ll figure it out together.

Updates & Contact
