Her business was drastically affected by floods and natural disasters in Australia. However she reached back to me immediately with kindness and apologies for the delay and an explanation, The necklace very quickly arrived after this conversation, as it was already en route. The necklace is stunning and everything that I wanted. I very much appreciate your kindness and I hope business goes back to normal and your country recover quickly from the floods.

Cool item, very quirky and unique, I love it! I was concerned when I read other reviews saying the delivery was slow, but it arrived in a very reasonable time frame. True it wasn’t super fast, but this is Etsy, not Amazon. We shop here for handmade items sold by individuals, not mass produced items from trillion dollar companies with an army of employees at their disposal, and I would urge buyers to keep that in mind. The seller seemed friendly and helpful when I reached out with my concerns. Would buy from this shop again.
