Announcement   Unfortunately, the influx of resellers on etsy have made it so it just hurts me financially to maintain a shop here. But don't worry! I have a website!

You have facebook, too? Check me out on facebook! https://www.facebook.com/acaseofrandom
That's where I tend to post things I haven't gotten around to putting up on etsy--and is honestly the fastest way to get a hold of me.

But what about instagram?
I've got that too!

Blah blah blah--okay, and here's the rest of what I had up here:

I tell people that if I can put my hands on it, I can make it. This etsy is my proof. The end result is a mix of beaded bracelets and chainmaille, jingly anklets and hair sticks, kuchi jewelry and hand-made glass. I love fixing things; I love taking things apart and putting them together again; I love jingling &/or getting compliments as I wander around wearing my works. I hope you will, too.

I'm always at work to make a sturdier product. I'm extra-careful with all my barrettes and hair decorations to make sure they won't eat your hair, and I use big sturdy gauges to make sure they won't fall apart when faced with everyday accidents. I've slept on my barrettes (and wouldn't recommend it); I've dropped a cash box on my handflowers; I've bonked my dichro bobby pins off any number of displays and dropped my epoxied/resin rings on concrete. I've accidentally run one of my hair sticks over with my car, and one of my original flower hair forks has gone through the washer and dryer--multiple times!--and come out intact and barely scuffed. I doubt many people are crazy or accident-prone enough to put their works through the amount of stress-testing I do. Basically, I want you to be happy with my works for a long time to come.

And if something goes wrong somewhere along the line, I feature the Neurotic Artist Guarantee: send it over or catch up with me at a show, and I'll fix it.

My shop policies are in the policy section on the right, and here's a facebook page where I'll be posting shop news and the newer works as I make them: https://www.facebook.com/acaseofrandom

And yes--I'll make customs!

These came quickly and safely in bubble wrap. They're gorgeous. There is some color difference between them that I wish was more even, but I guess it's also part of the charm that they're unique. They really are super beautiful and eye-catching in person. Would definitely buy from seller again.

Payment
I take credit cards and paypal, preferably paypal. If you have to cancel the order, do so ASAP--I get things into the mail sometimes that day, generally within 72 hours. .
Shipping
Barring natural disasters and/or acts of God and/or a broken postal machine, most items go out within 72 hours by first class shipping. I put tracking on all US packages, but am not able to put it on international ones. Packages over $100 in value get insurance automatically--but don't worry, I won't charge you extra.

If you would like insurance or a different form of shipping, convo me and I'll get a price quote so I can adjust the costs accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges
A Case of Random features the Neurotic Artist Guarantee! If it's damaged or stops working properly, send it back. I'll fix or replace it. (Otherwise I feel like I've failed as a human being. Hey, I said it's a neurotic sort of guarantee.)

PA law says I can not do returns on earrings, as that'd be icky. Refunds will be for the price of the item; sorry, I can't refund shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
Customs? Wholesale? Alchemy? Convo me. I have an overflowing stock room of pieces, parts, fabric, and glass bits here just waiting to turn out something awesome for you.
