Rachel made a few pdf proofs for me to approve the design with a quote I chose and made sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. Patient, generous, and happy to make changes. I don't know Rachel in real life but she treated me with professionalism and like a friend all at once, making my order a priority. That meant a lot to me. I'm giving these teabags to a guy that I'm newly dating for a Valentine's Day gift on Saturday and it's the just-right gift. Personal and sweet, but not too sentimental too soon. ;) I love the symbolic idea that the teabags are heart shaped...it's like letting love steep and then drinking it. Beautiful!
