Custom and personalized orders

If you see something you like but would like it in a different color, please contact me and we can work together to make it for you.

Sizing details

Most items have sizes included, but if you are not sure of a size or measurement, please contact me and I can help answer your concerns.

All fabric made items

I wash the fabric in a separate washer & dryer (only used for my shop items for sanitary reasons) to remove the lint, hair, dust, dirt, pet dander, mold spores, and chemicals from the fabric (warehouses are not "clean rooms") and also I have pets. I do this, so my customers (many with sensitivities and/or allergies) can have a clean & soft item with "All Free & Clear" laundry detergent.

Return policy

**Return Policies:
*I gladly accept returns (on most items)
*Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
*Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery include Tracking.
*I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
*But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
*The following items can't be returned, Custom orders. Items on sale, Ponchos, capes,shawls (these are custom items due to size and color choices)
**Conditions of return;
*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Can I have the fabric for my item NOT washed?

Yes, you can! Please contact me before purchase or add to "notes to seller" that you would prefer NOT to have the fabric for your item washed.
This applies for Fleece made items only, anything made from cotton, linen or jersey needs to be washed before making the item so the fabric can pre-shrink before being made, so you receive the size you want.
