Haz un poco de felicidad
Make some happiness
Once upon a time there was a girl that graduated from the University. Soon she found her first job. After few months she realised something is missing. So she started looking. Hellooo? Has anybody seen my pinch of happiness and excitement that makes life taste better?
Well, everyone needs to find this little thing for their own.
I always was a kind of girl that needed to do things. Create things. Decorate rooms. Fold origami. Bake cinnamon rolls. Paint ceiling in colorful stripes (I was 14 and this is not recommended). So I figured crafts would be my cure for boredom of an adult life. But what should I do?
First thing I made was a felt donut. What's better than turning one passion (om nom nom) into another. I made a brooch of it and wore it proudly. Everyone liked it, I received lots of compliments. But then I discovered soutache embroidery technique. And fell in love with it. All the possibilities, all the colors, sparkling crystals, beautiful beads. It turned out that's my cure for boredom, that's my pinch of happiness. When a process of creating a thing makes you happy, and then that thing makes other people happy.
That's my very small factory of happiness. And jewelery, by the way.
