What happens if my stone/crystal comes out of the wire?
I will re-wrap your stone/crystal for $6.50(includes re-wrap charge and return shipping). You will need to contact me first so that I can keep track of your order. You are responsible for shipping the stone/crystal back to me with tracking details. Once received, I will re-wrap and return your necklace within 7 business days.
