Custom and personalized orders

Because custom orders are unique and require the purchase of specific fabrics that meet the buyer's needs and may not depict the general style of quilts made for my store, they cannot be returned and are non-refundable. However, if you have a concern or are unhappy with the item, please contact me and I will try to work something out with you. It is extremely important to me that my customers are happy.

Processing Times

All listed processing times are from the date of payment being received:

☀ READY TO SHIP ITEMS
Your item will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days from date of purchase.

☀ MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Your item will be ready to ship within 8-10 weeks from date of purchase. This time varies depending on how many orders I have at one time. Most orders do not take the full 8-10 weeks. If you need something sooner, just send me a convo and I'd be happy to provide a better estimate based on a purchase date.

☀ CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS
Your item will be ready to ship on a date mutually agreed upon between us during advance email discussions.

Refund Policy

I want you to truly love and enjoy your purchase! I take pride in making each handmade item in my shop and make every effort not to make mistakes.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The return shipping will be your responsibility. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition before a refund can be issued. Please CONTACT ME FIRST through Etsy convo for assistance in processing your return.
