Estimated Processing Times (as of 1/16):
✦ 10-15 business days for cups
✦ 3-7 business days for stickers, bookmarks & suncatchers
✦ 3-7 business days for calendars & sweaters
(Calendars ship separately from anything else in my shop)
Cancellations:
✦ cancellation requests must be received within 2 hours
✦ after 2 hours, cancellation requests will not be honored
Returns + Exchanges:
✦ returns/exchanges are not accepted
✦ if your order is incorrect or damaged, please reach out!

1 out of 5 starsI was never sent the sticker I ordered. Tracking states it was never sent, but I decided to wait until after the expected arrival date to message the seller. She did not respond for four days and then proceeded to blame the mail carrier and basically told me to figure it out myself. Very poor customer service and left me confused as to how how she has so many positive reviews…at the end of the day I’m just highly disappointed because all I wanted was my sticker :( Do not recommend this seller.
