Can I add a gift message to my order?
Unfortunately our production partner does not accept gift messages.
Can I order a completely custom mug?
Yes you can! We sell our own hand drawn designs therefore we can create any design you have in mind. Please write us a message BEFORE ordering and we will give you a quote.
I did not find the hair color and style I was looking for. Can you create it?
Yes we can! Please write us a message BEFORE ordering and we will design the hair for you for a small additional drawing fee, we will send you a proof.
Do you ship outside of the US?
We can make it happen, but please calculate with a longer shipping time and an additional shipping fee. Please write us a message and we will calculate how long it would take and how much it would cost.
Care instructions
All our mugs are permanently printed with our designs and they are microwave and dishwasher safe. ❤️ We recommend placing our mugs on the top rack of the dishwasher.
What if my mug arrives chipped?
In the unlikely event that your mug arrives chipped or broken, please provide us a photo of the damage and the packaging and we will send you a replacement.
What if my tracking number says delivered but I did not receive my mug?
In case the postal services marked your mug as delivered, but it got lost or stolen, a refund or a reprint is not possible.
Please contact us so that we can look into your case. We evaluate each case individually.
Do you sell left handed mugs?
All of our mugs have our designs printed on their front and back, therefore you can gift them to a left or right handed person and they will enjoy it equally.
