What type of vinyl do you use?

Oracal outdoor quality vinyl is used in most projects unless stated otherwise. Outdoor applications will last 5-7 years with proper care and Indoor applications will last much longer.

Will the vinyl decals stick to paper and balloons?

Yes! They stick very nicely to almost any smooth surface. Keep in mind that detailed shapes come with transfer tape which makes it hard to use the decals for balloons, always let me know if you want to leave off the transfer tape.

How quickly will my items ship?

Be aware that all my items are “Made to Order” meaning that I make the because you ordered them, so they are not ready to ship. Most of my items take between 3 and 5 business days to ship. If this is a problem for you, either message me before ordering, or purchase the "rush order" upgrade to put your order first in line. There is also the option to purchase "rush + priority shipping" to get it to you even faster.

What if I want to cancel my order after I place it?

Becausel my items are “Made to Order” meaning that I make the because you ordered them, once your order is started I cannot cancel it.
